We started to use Master Packager tool and I can say that this is the best tool now for packaging I`ve been using since InstallShield and if any packagers preferred using InstallShield then I would suggest to try Master Packager as well just because it looks good, easy using and has features that haven`t seen in other tools.

Very impressed with free standard edition of @MasterPackager! May well replace the ancient InstEd Plus as my day-to-day package editor. Full version with repackaging capability is competitively priced also.
I have used competing products at previous employers, and while recently evaluating products in the market I was thoroughly impressed with how much functionality is available for free in MasterPacker. The user interface is incredibly user friendly and a joy to work with. I opted to purchase the license to support your project, and to unlock some of the additional features. Most importantly, I need to repackage legacy application client software that require custom folder permissions for unprivileged Windows users. Your software handles this beautifully! I'm also very happy with how easily I can collect and configure the software icons from an existing .exe file, manage additional custom registry entries, and create application shortcuts.
Very slick MSI repackaging app. And it's free! What's not to love? For me, this replaces the free InstEd which hasn't been updated for years but I still loved. And it plays very nicely with #PSAppDeployToolkit :)
